Beginners 2

In Beginner 2 you will extend on what you’ve built in Beginner 1 over six weeks, once a week in a 90 minute class. We take advantage of your increasing strength levels and move towards getting you upside down on the pole. We start to introduce static tricks to your poling repertoire.

Similar to Beginner 1 the class begins with a warm up, continues with strength conditioning and finishes with a cool down and stretch.

Again we examine ways of putting tricks together, only now you have both Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 tricks to play with.
